Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Project Scheduling.
  • Manage design/pre-construction phases of Development projects.
  • Review scope, timelines, cost and interview General Contractors prior to contract award.
  • Strategy – Driving Market studies and other Key Project initiatives to define the project scope.
  • Relationships – Build relationships with City, Clients, developers, 3rd party consultants and get the required permits & approvals for the project.
  • Controls – Ensuring on-time reporting on business development activity as per defined formats at regular intervals.
  • Monitor and control the budget for the area to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Preferred Profile:

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
  • Candidates must possess their own Laptop for the intern period.
  • Quick learner and industrious.
  • Must have analytical skills.
  • The incumbent shall have good written & verbal communication skills in the English Language and good computer skills, especially in Excel.
  • Vendor management and follow-up and achieving project deadlines.
  • Multitasker & detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Should also be able to efficiently handle the non-engineering/financial part of the projects.
  • Should be experienced in project budgeting, scheduling and must ensure that the project runs as per the scope decided.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in real estate will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated candidate to play an integral role in an established yet rapidly growing
company. This candidate will enjoy access to all key decision-makers at Sankalp. Working directly with
the President and Senior Project Management Team. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of
business development, which includes sourcing, transaction management, underwriting, financing, due
diligence, performance analyses, and investor relations and reporting, in accordance with companies
mission, vision, and values.

OUR BUSINESS

  • Buy & Sell commercial real estate in the State of Texas, United States.
  • Develop ground-up new real estate projects.

Role & responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the sales/purchase trackers with the latest status/updates.
  • Identify ways for improvement in efficiency gains and process improvement.
  • Search the properties from all the available resources.
  • Email Follow-up & Listing Outbound.
  • New Listings Set-Up and Update the existing listings.
  • Coordinate with City Staff, Stakeholders & Lenders, 3rd parties, clients, etc. .
  • Perform thorough due diligence as per Template.
  • Perform tasks with a detailed understanding of client requirements.
  • Work with asset management tasks to support portfolio investments.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing would be preferred but not mandatory
    (at least 2 years for non-MBA & 1 year for MBA candidates)
  • Ability to be creative in communicating with potential customers.
  • Understands how to generate leads.
  • Ability to inculcate the habit of self-learning and sharing best practices.
  • Should be good in Excel (mandatory) & PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to perform/QC with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work in night shift (US time)
  • Self-Motivated and Proactive attitude.
  • Very Good English Oral and Writing skills.
  • Experience in working night shifts.

Preferred but not necessary

  • Experience in the process of Real estate acquisitions & Sales.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry
  • The candidate should possess or be able to learn real estate search tools
